Corrections-Related Suicides: Prevention, Interventions, and Post-Suicide Analysis

Corrections-Related Suicides: Prevention, Interventions, and Post-Suicide Analysis

The International Network of Justice Improvement Organizations (INJIO), announces a 2-hour, on-line symposium on: Corrections-Related Suicides: Prevention, Interventions, and Post-Suicide Analysis.

The symposium is suitable for all justice workers interested in responding effectively to suicide-related issues and should be of particular interest to mental health professionals. The material in the symposium will form one module of an eventual credit-eligible, International Correctional Psychology Certificate.

A unique feature of the symposium is that additional, post-symposium email and Zoom mentoring will be made available to a select group of participants as requested for additional follow up.

The INJIO is an international network of individuals and agencies seeking to improve justice in over 20 countries worldwide and is a project of the Global Justice Resource Center (GJRC). The symposium is sponsored by the INJIO and supported by the GJRC in the U.S. and PRAWA in Nigeria.
